Researching Royal Role in NZ

International Research Fellow’s Book - A work of great practical importance

The work Matthew Palmer has accomplished with his new book "is of the greatest practical importance to our society and its future direction," according to the Chief Justice, Dame Sian Elias. Her comments came when she formally launched his new book, The Treaty of Waitangi in New Zealand's Law and Constitution, on 13 November.
The book contains Matthew Palmer's findings on the major research he undertook on the treaty as the 2005 New Zealand Law Foundation International Research Fellow.
