Mental Capacity Law in New Zealand – written by 16 experts, from both legal and medical backgrounds, covers all major areas of the law of mental capacity in New Zealand (except criminal law). While the book is mainly aimed at judges, lawyers and law students, it will also be useful to all health professionals who deal with mental capacity issues as part of their practices.

Law Foundation funding of $3,553 contributed to workshops for authors writing the book
