Please follow this up with an email to fiona@lawfoundation.org.nz. We will require your name and address so that we can issue you a receipt for tax purposes. When you respond please advise how much of your donation you would like to be directed to either or both of the following purposes:

• To provide access to legal services for the public through Community Law Canterbury; or
• To provide specific support to the legal profession in Canterbury (distributed via the Benevolent Fund of the Canterbury/Westland Branch of the NZ Law Society)

LawCan is a special fund set up by the Law Foundation so lawyers and law firms can support Christchurch people re-establish legal services to help with their urgent and ongoing legal needs following the devastating Canterbury earthquake.

LawCan provides a very tangible way that law firms, lawyers, law staff or any member of the public can help restore our profession in Christchurch and help Cantabrians recover.
