UNIVERSITY OF AUCKLAND

The first conference, will be held at University of Auckland on 18 July 2014, and hosted by the Business School’s Dept of Commercial Law and the Law School. The Foundation is supporting keynote speaker Professor David Duff from Canada. Experts from Australia, South Africa, the UK, and the US will also give presentations. The conference aims to inform the current New Zealand debate on this topical subject. Planning is also underway for the second conference in Sept 2014, that will bring a keynote speaker from Germany.

Law Foundation is providing up to $13,000 to bring keynote speakers to these events.
